What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major creditcards, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC Payment and PayPal.

Do I Need An Account To Shop At OOJOO?

You can easily shop at OOJOO as a guest, without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to review past purchases,save your address to make shopping next time even faster and check your orders.

Can I Also Order By Phone?

Unfortunately it is not possible to place your OOJOO order by phone. Our customer service however is available when you have a question, complaint or remark about an on-line order. We love to hear from you!

Can I Cancel My Order If It Has Not Been Shipped Yet?

If you wish to cancel your order shortly after you have placed an order, please send an e-mail to hello@oojoo.be. However, cancellation can no longer be accepted once your order has been shipped.

Do Your Prices Include VAT?

For wristbands delivered within the EU area all prices include VAT. The VAT rate charged will either be Belgian VAT or VAT of the country of delivery (rates can vary by country, but we maintain a fixed ratio). VAT is not charged for items delivered outside the EU, but we maintain one price for each item on our website.

Shipping information

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship worldwide in collaboration with the Belgian postal services Bpost. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import and tax costs are at your own expense.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer 2 shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

Up to 3 wristbands you have the option to choose the Standard Shipping, which is the lowest in cost. In that case, your wristbands are send in a small box, using the standard shipping stamps provided by Bpost. There is no shipment tracking or delivery sign-off provided with this service. OOJOO can not be held responsible for deliveries that are lost or damaged during the delivery proces by Bpost or its affiliated partners.

As this box fit in your mailbox, you do not need to stay home for the postal service.

  • Secure Shipping

With Secure Shipping your order is send with Bpost as a Bpack package, with a unique tracking number and all common tracking options. It is delivered to your door and held at your postal office when you are not home at the time of delivery.

This shipping method is automatically applied for all orders of more than 3 wristbands.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Sent Successfully?

When our system registers your order you should automatically receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you do not receive this email please check your junk folder before contacting us on hello@oojoo.be.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (only shippings on working days).

When Will I Receive My Delivery?

The delivery time depends on the country we ship to:

Belgium

Most of the Standard Shipping boxes will arrive the next day after we have dispatched but this is not guaranteed. For some addresses it can take more than one day.

If you choose for Secure Shipping it will be shipped with Bpack by Bpost, and arrive the next working day (Bpack delivery is only on working days). You will receive an email with your tracking code and will need to sign upon delivery.

All other EU countries

Standard Shipping boxes for EU countries outside of Belgium are sent with Bpost Europe and will reach you anywhere between 2 to 5 working days.

However this depends on the postal services and cannot be garanteed.

If you choose for Secure Shipping it will be shipped with Bpack World Business by Bpost, and and arrive within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking code and will need to sign upon delivery.

Countries outside EU

Standard Shipping boxes for countries outside of EU area are sent with Bpost Worldwide and will reach you anywhere between 3 to 6 working days.

However this depends on the postal services and cannot be garanteed.

If you choose for Secure Shipping it will be shipped with Bpack World Business by Bpost, and arrive within 4-10 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking code and will need to sign upon delivery.

How Will My Wristband(s) Be Packed?

The packaging we choose depends on the shipping method.

Standard Shipping

The wristbands are small and light and therefor we can send them in an small box in order to minimize postal costs. All used materials from 100% recycled sources and are FSC certified.

Secure Shipping

If you choose for Secure Shipping it will be shipped in a solid carton box conform the weight and dimensions approved by Bpost. All used materials come from 100% recycled sources and are FSC certified.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

At OOJOO we take the security of our customers seriously and thus we take reasonable steps to protect your information. For submitting the order you are redirected to the secure order page. The security of the page can be easily checked: an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window, this shows that the information you insert into the form is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted when transmitted to our credit card processing company.

Returns & refunds

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your wristband simply return it to us within this time for a full refund. For more information on our return policy and charges, please check our Return & Exchange page.

My privacy & personal information

What Does oojoo.be Do With My Personal Information?

We only use your contact information (name, postal address and e-mail address) for our administration and in order to ship your order and inform you about the order.

We provide the informal option to also fill in your birthday and gender information. This is only used for our internal evaluation, so we know how is most interested in our products and what designs you like most based on your age and gender. We do not share or sell any of this information to thirth parties for marketing or any other purposes.
